About Me
I'm Niamh — a nutritionist, health coach and mother of two teenage boys. Like many of my clients, I'm navigating this same stage of life — juggling work, family and everything else that comes with it. I know from experience how easy it is to let your own health slip down the list.
I passionately believe that we should all be able to live long, healthy lives and enjoy everything that life has to offer. So much of that is shaped by nutrition and the lifestyle habits we build over time — and so much of it is within our control.
But knowing what to do and actually doing it are two very different things. Finding the time and motivation to look after yourself, when life is already so full, can feel just too hard. That's what I help my clients with — providing the support and guidance to make it happen, however full life gets.
My approach
Nutrition is one of the most powerful tools we have for our health. The food we eat provides our body with the nutrients and energy it needs to function well, feel good and age healthily. I help you understand how to make the right food choices for you.
Food is only part of the picture. Lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress and movement also play a profound role in how we feel and how we age — I take a whole-person approach, working with you on whatever is most relevant to your health and your goals.
And then there's the hardest part — actually making changes stick. That's where coaching comes in — helping you understand what motivates you, what gets in the way and how to build an approach that fits around your life.
I hold a PgDip in Personalised Nutrition, am a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Health Coach, and have an MSc in Psychology — bringing together nutritional science, clinical practice and the psychology of behaviour change.
